First, make sure you're in a session. You must be in a session for the Stream to process audio.
If you see an audio signal coming through in the session mixer, the issue is likely with your monitoring:
- Check you have your monitoring volume set correctly (large volume knob on the Stream), but don't turn it up all the way. If you can't hear anything with the volume set to 50-75%, something else is wrong.
- Make sure your headphone cable is fully inserted into one of the headphone inputs on the Stream.
- Test your headphones on another audio source to confirm they are working.
- Make sure the levels are set correctly (not all the way down) in the session mixer. Use the edit arrow at the bottom of your mixer channel to check the individual input levels.
If you don't see audio coming through in the session mixer, check your signal path and connectivity:
- Check your instrument or microphone cabling is connected correctly.
- Ensure your microphone does not require phantom power or that you've supplied an alternative phantom power supply; the Stream does not have phantom power.
Check that your input gain levels are set correctly and that you have the input switch set to the correct input setting.
