Lutefish Returns

Returns with Lutefish are simple and hassle-free.

We built Lutefish so musicians can make music together online. But sometimes it doesn’t work out.

Maybe:

  • Your internet connection isn’t compatible

  • Your playing partners are too far away

  • Your setup isn’t ideal for real-time collaboration

If you give it a try and it’s not working for you, the last thing we want is for you to be stuck with something you can’t use.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@lutefish.com and include your order number.

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label.

  3. Ship the unit back to us.

  4. Once received, we’ll process your refund.

That’s it.
