Returns with Lutefish are simple and hassle-free.
We built Lutefish so musicians can make music together online. But sometimes it doesn’t work out.
Maybe:
Your internet connection isn’t compatible
Your playing partners are too far away
Your setup isn’t ideal for real-time collaboration
If you give it a try and it’s not working for you, the last thing we want is for you to be stuck with something you can’t use.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@lutefish.com and include your order number.
We’ll send you a prepaid return label.
Ship the unit back to us.
Once received, we’ll process your refund.
